The Committee Would Like to Make a Confession.

We followed the money, the design system, and the suspiciously professional attention to detail. The trail led somewhere the Committee was not emotionally prepared to go.

IN COLOR, FOR THE FIRST TIME

The Finding

The Stop Tyler campaign was created by Animas Marketing. Animas Marketing is owned by Tyler Rice. The Committee to Stop Tyler Rice is funded by Tyler Rice. Every attack ad, every case file, every redaction bar: marketing, by the marketer, about the marketer.

We don't know what to do with this information. We do know that if a marketing company can make you read an entire opposition-research site about a banjo, it can probably get people to notice your business too. That was the whole point. It worked on you specifically.

What This Campaign Just Demonstrated

You are currently inside the case study. Every fake attack page was a real capability demo.

Content strategy THE TYLER FILES

Dossier-style content architecture

Four interlinked case files with a consistent voice, a narrative arc, and internal cross-references — the same architecture that makes a service business's site rank and convert.

Media production THE EVIDENCE LOCKER

An archive turned into an asset

Forty-four old band photos became a captioned, SEO-structured image system, and 2:17 of raw outtakes became three edited 'surveillance' spots. Your business already owns material like this. It's in a shoebox.

Lead generation THE TIP LINE

A working intake funnel

The 'citizen tip line' is a functioning lead-capture form with routing, validation, and a follow-up path. Rebrand it 'Get a Quote' and it's Tuesday at Animas.

Conversion design THE PETITION

An offer with a trap door

Six satirical demands, one honest checkbox — 'Nothing, I actually need marketing.' Every campaign needs a moment where the joke steps aside and the offer is just... there.

The Confession Tape

You clicked an attack ad. You read the files. Now you're watching outtakes of the man launching a client portal. That's kind of the point.

UNFORTUNATELY, TYLER RICE HAS WON AGAIN.

You just consumed five minutes of marketing

Voluntarily. From a marketing company. Imagine if we were promoting something you actually needed — like your business.
